Our Mission
Our journey began with a TikTok post from the founder of Enough Stuff, a free store in Illinois. We were each inspired to connect and work on turning this shared vision into a reality.
Our mission is to provide individuals and families with access to essential goods, free of charge, in a welcoming and supportive environment. We are committed to creating an equitable space while challenging the culture of overconsumption.
We are completely volunteer-run and supported by community donations, small fundraisers, and grants. Always shop for free.

Amarie
Amarie joined in 2024 with a passion for helping both our community and the environment. For her, it's all about community support and the value of repurposing, turning secondhand resources into firsthand opportunities to lift each other up and protect the earth.

Rachel

Rachel joined after moving to Oregon in summer 2024, when she was searching for free resources herself. With a background in project management and customer service, she's passionate about access, equity, and building community. Outside of work, Rachel loves yoga and hiking.
Jess
Jess has a background in accounting and working with nonprofits, and a north node in Aquarius. Starting a free store in Portland seemed like an amazing way to affirm her beliefs in the abundance of our community's resources and their equitable distribution. When she's not filing 990s, Jess enjoys reading, talking to her plants and feeding her 5 cats.
